At Mundi, a Series A fintech startup backed by Union Square Ventures, I launched the company’s first growth model, developing roadmap for 10 key initiatives to help achieve their revenue goals aligned with investor expectations. This model provided a strategic framework for acquisition, retention, and profitability, driving the company's long-term growth strategy.
Same Day and Next Day Delivery
At Mercado Libre, the largest e-commerce and payments platform in Latin America, I led the implementation of Same Day and Next Day delivery services in Mexico and Brazil, resulting in a 25% increase in sales in targeted regions. Collaborating closely with tech engineers, UX designers, and operations team, we enhanced the customer experience and expanded the shipping capabilities in key markets.
Optimized Backend Technology and Carrier Allocation
At Mercado Libre, I co-designed an optimized backend system for Latin America's largest shipping network, managing over 50 million shipments per month. I also redefined the shipping methods activation model and optimized carrier allocation in Mexico, reducing delivery times by 10% and saving $700k USD per month.
