Summer Management Consultant

  • Developed and coordinated a post-merger tech integration strategy for a Fortune 100 retailer company, identifying key milestones and creating a functional timeline for 15 sub-teams.

2022 - 2023

MUNDI | Series A backed by Union Square Ventures, financial platform for cross-border trade in Mexico offering invoice- based financing for SMEs, currency conversions, insurance.

Revenue Operations Lead

Led growth strategies to improve acquisition and retention of customers, working closely with management team and heads of revenue.

  • Developed multi-product growth model of company to project acquisition, retention and profit scenarios, enabling strategic planning and identifying roadmap of 10 key growth initiatives for company.

  • Revamped acquisition strategy by shifting focus from small clients, which represented 50% of client base but only 2% of total revenues, to medium clients; resulted in higher client retention and better repayment profiles.

  • Devised new incentive structure and first evaluation performance for sales team, fostering transparent and objective decision making. Communicated results to whole company on monthly basis.

  • Launched B2B sales experimentation program to iterate on prospecting techniques and lead selection approaches. Best performing experiment generated +150% of conversion rates vs historical conversion.

  • Prepared and guided SQL course weekly to instruct +10 analysts and provide practical examples.

Fintech Business Development Senior Analyst (two promotions)

Developed and enhanced synergies of ~2.7B USD lending portfolio with other business units, working collaborately with risk and collections teams.

  • Selected as role model for MELI cultural values: building team, creating value for our users, executing with excellence, giving maximum effort. Mentored two junior analysts.

  • Structured and led B2B program to recover 4MM USD write-off debt of various business units in Argentina by offering financing plan of 6 months and 0% TNA. Reached 4% adoption and expected recovery of lost sellers.

Shipping Product Senior Analyst 

Designed and launched key strategic initiatives to improve delivery times of products across five countries in Latin America, working closely with tech, UX and operations teams.

  • Saved 700k USD/month and reduced 10% average delivery time in Mexico by re-defining shipping methods activation model and optimizing carrier allocation.

  • Implemented Same Day and Next Day delivery in Mexico and Brazil, boosting sales 25% in target locations. Co-created with Tech & UX teams shipping user experience in four different purchase flows.

  • Designed and executed weekend delivery promises in Mexico and Brazil, upgrading value proposition and boosting sales 6% in fulfillment centers. Reached +75% feature adoption, increasing NPS without affecting delay.

  • Co-designed optimized backend technology to sustain most complex shipping network of Latam, with +50MM of shipments per month, working side by side with IT, technology and machine learning teams.
